New Features OSI-1680: Settings: Add work order label: Work Order Remark. You can now show the work order customer remark in the overview as a work order label. OSI-1551: Work Periods: Add a new Visualised/gridview to display total hours of the work order. In the work periods tab a user can switch between list view and grid view. The grid view will show every employee and day worked on that work order and will show total travel and work per day and employee. Details can be opened/edited by tapping the cell. This view is developed for complex work orders. OSI-1750: Workflows: Add Object code to Timer start/edit. User can now select an object code when starting a timer in a work flow. Required device policy needs to be enabled. OSI-1740: Workflows: Allow user to edit and pause timer. A running timer can now be edited and the skill or object can be changed. OSI-1683: Workflows: Support skills when starting a workflow timer. Default skill will be applied when starting a work flow timer otherwise we ask. OSI-1723: Timesheets: Allow user to select a skill when creating a timesheet work period. By selecting a skill you can now create multiple work periods at once. It also shows the correct amount of hour types based on the particular skill. OSI-1724: Timesheets: Support midnight crossing in work period creation. A running timer crossing midnight or manual input will now automatically create two separate time lines in the timesheet hours. OSI-1725: Timesheets: Rework timer to support skills. You are now required to select a skill when starting a timer in timesheets when the account uses skills with hour types attached to them. OSI-1733: Timesheets: Show total hours for work order lines (in progress) in timesheets. Work periods coming from work orders did not display the total time. OSI-600: Timesheets: Add Object code to Timesheet line. User can now add objects to timesheet lines. OSI-1495: Timesheets: Create timesheet lines for multiple days in the week. When you create a timesheet line, you can now select multiple days in the calendar to create the same period for multiple days. OSI-1726: Timesheets Timer: Rework timer to support work/travel indication. As a BETA feature we have implemented a function that allows the user to add start and end destinations. When stopping the timer it will automatically add a travel line. This feature can currently only be enabled by contacting customer support to enable value: TABLET TIMESHEET_V2_BETA 1. Bug Fixes OSI-1709: Job Details: Work order drop_down_multiple free field answers show brackets and quotes. Work order free field answers were not cleanly visualized. This has been resolved. OSI-1722: Timesheets: Deselect selected project activity when selecting/deselecting a different project. Selected project values were not nullified when selecting a different entity. This minor issue has been resolved. OSI-1753: Work Period Timer: Default hour not selected when stopping the timer. Default hour type in settings would not always be applied when stopping a timer. It will now always be applied if possible. Remember: If the hour type is not available in the selected skill it will not be selected. OSI-1763: Work period Timer: Tap on a running timer sometimes allows the user to start a second timer. It is no longer possible to accidentally start a second timer. OSI-1758: Device Policies: Edit Material/Price description not allowed Device Policy not functioning. This recently implemented device policy was not working correctly. OSI-1627: Overview: Long press on a work order only lists direct call/e-mail when a contact person is attached. Long press on a work order to call a customer without opening the work order can now also be performed on relations without a selected contact person as well. OSI-1691: Workflows: Improved performance in forms steps. Forms in workflows caused slowdown, particularly when the forms had multiple photo questions. |
